CMCC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our consulting services, methodologies, training materials, Prompt Maestro™ assets, and digital resources solely for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these terms. You agree to use our services only in ways that comply with all applicable laws and regulations. All content, methodologies, frameworks, intellectual property, and digital assets created or provided by CMCC, including but not limited to the M.E.E.T.® Methodology, Oro Oculto AI method, Prompt Maestro™, and monetizable digital assets, remain the exclusive property of CMCC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying logic of the M.E.E.T.® Methodology, Oro Oculto AI framework, or Prompt Maestro™ without explicit written authorization from CMCC.
• Reproducing, distributing, selling, or licensing CMCC's proprietary methodologies, training content, digital assets, or consulting frameworks to third parties without prior written consent.
• Using CMCC's services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, deception, harassment, or violation of intellectual property rights of any party.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

CMCC's services, methodologies, digital assets, and consulting guidance are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While CMCC employs rigorous methodologies designed to deliver tangible and predictable results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or market performance. CMCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMCC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.

4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CMCC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or CMCC's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
